I bring over 15 years of experience in the corporate world having held many operational roles progressing up the leadership ladder and then discovering the varied world of Human Resources, where I carved a successful career as a certified HR Professional.

My true passion though did not come till later in my life when I transitioned into the role of Learning and Development Consultant, creating and facilitating Management and Leadership programmes across the Globe to diverse audiences. By sharing practical tools and learnings in an interactive and humorous way proved successful in empowering not only Managers but also their teams! I quickly realised that watching and hearing about their transformations long after the training finished, got me excited to spring out of bed! This passion authentically led to my newest adventure as a business owner and Entrepreneur.
What this basically means is I have been a Manager, a Senior Leader and HR Specialist so there is not much that surprises me around managing people and the Good News is I love helping Others Develop Others!
