My passion to help people went a step further in 2014 into the role of Learning and Development Consultant, creating and facilitating Management and Leadership programmes across the globe to diverse audiences. By sharing practical tools and techniques in an interactive and fun way proved successful in empowering not only managers but also their teams! This passion authentically led to my newest adventure as a business owner and multi passionate entrepreneur"

I am known for my creative and Interactive learning style mixed with some engaging humour! I develop and include tested tools and reflective strategies that are not only practical and down to earth but can be implemented immediately after training, making the time spent with me instantly productive while demonstrating the return on investment.
I am also known for being highly organised and love a planner and smelly flipchart pens!
